At Wunder Durian, we’ve spent the better part of the year nurturing our plantation in the Titikong highlands of Negeri Sembilan. And this season, we’re proud to bring three of our premium varieties directly from our farm to Singapore.
Not all durians are grown the same way — and where a durian is grown matters enormously to how it tastes.

It’s a highland region with cooler temperatures, natural freshwater streams, and mineral-rich soil that creates ideal conditions for cultivating premium durian. What makes our plantation unusual is that every tree was planted by us from the ground up — on land that had never previously been used for durian or agricultural farming.
That pristine starting point means cleaner soil, purer flavour, and consistency that we can control from seedling to delivery.
Musang King (Mao Shan Wang) 猫山王
The variety that needs no introduction. Musang King is renowned for its bittersweet complexity, intensely creamy texture, and a lingering finish that has made it the most coveted durian in the world. Grown in the cool Titikong air, our Musang King develops a depth of flavour that reflects the elevation and care of our farm.
Black Thorn (Duri Hitam) 黑刺
More rare and more prized, the Black Thorn is a variety for those who want something beyond the expected. It delivers a rich, layered flavour profile — fragrant, complex, and deeply satisfying. Supply is limited each season, so we encourage early orders.
Golden Phoenix (Jin Feng) 金凤凰
Lighter in character but no less considered, the Golden Phoenix offers a silky, smooth texture with a delicate bitterness and floral finish. It’s the variety we recommend for those who prefer a more gentle introduction to premium durian — or for seasoned lovers who want a gentler contrast alongside a Musang King or Black Thorn.
Every durian at Wunder Durian is naturally ripened on the tree and harvested only after it drops on its own. This is the traditional method — and the only reliable way to know the fruit is truly ready. No artificial ripening, no early harvesting. We then grade and select each fruit by hand before cold-chain delivery to Singapore.
